Very bad rooms and service

The owner even opened the doors for me far after check-in hours in the middle of the night

Pleasant and welcoming reception. Very helpful and friendly host. Very clean man and noticed that he kept the bathroom and communal areas clean and tidy.

Basic but comfortable room with hairdryer, sink eith hot water, quite a big double bed. For the price it is good value in the Centre near to Centraal Station. A good place to sleep in and spend your time in Amsterdam. Located in a very interesting street. Very helpful and welcoming, I asked for a kettle and mug for my room and was offered the mug as a souvenir.

I liked nothing The staff is super rude and unfriendly. I almost felt like he was shouting at me for asking questions. I would never go here again. The prize should be 0 euro/ night for this standard. They should close down actuality. It's not humain.

The bed is very comfortable and it's great to have a fridge and a sink in the bedroom. The staff is very helpful and caring. Great location!

Room too small , knocking my head against the stairs case.. Climbing up to Room, staircase too narrow n steep for seniors like us is difficult...lucky owner helps us with the luggage

Like: The heater and the fridge. Dislike: the twin bed is too narrow that you can easily fall out of the bed. Had a bad neighbor who woke me up two mornings in a row. 5:30am one morning and 6:10am the second morning- after hotel owner told him not to make loud noises early in the morning… I also heard him snoring at night… The walls are too thin.

Owner was chatty and welcoming, and our room and the facilities were both very clean. The hotel is in a good location, with lots of vintage boutiques and a short walk to Amsterdam Centraal station and the city centre. The bedroom had a sink which was useful.

The hotel is very central. The beds are really comfortable and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Clean and quiet. The shared bathroom/toilet was also clean. Nice having a washbasin in the room
